For groups larger than 8 pax, the best way to visit the Amalfi Coast, is by car or minivan. Minibuses are a lot harder to maneuver down to the town center of Positano, along with the parking issues. It is preferable to split the group into smaller vehicles, although the cost will be slightly higher, the group will still travel together throughout the tour and it will be a much better experience.

The next stop will be the famous resort Sorrento,
You will discover a village that is brimming with character and overflowing with picturesque streets, scenes and charming people. It was here in Sorrento that greeks and Romans found inspiration for their art and industry, and it is here that you will find an extraordinary collection of wood works, mosaics, furniture and porcelain.
The Amalfi Coast drive begins after Sorrento, and will allow us to reach Positano, after the winding one-way road, is the busy central Piazza dei Mulini. There you must leave the car because the streets leading to the waterfront are for pedestrians only. To take a break from the crowds of tourists we will take a short walk to Trattoria La Tagliata, a small cozy restaurant where you can taste some of the finest home-made food in southern Italy. After our delicious lunch we will continue on foot to the cathedral; shops selling ceramics, lemons, shoes and clothing line the avenues on the way. Positano is alive at night as well as during the day with exotic nightclubs such as “Music on the Rocks” and various bars and cafés that remain open until the sun begins to rise. There is a short walk back uphill in order to return to the car and back to the main road.
