How do we create a group and confirm it?
If you want to create a group the first thing you should do is sign up, activate your account through the email you will receive from us and then log in with username and password. On the left side of the page you will find a red box entitled Excursion Finder. Please select a port, select a date, see excursion groups. You may join an existing group or create your own. Please fill in with all the details you are requested. When the group reaches the minimun number of passengers preferred, you will receive an email from us with a link asking you to move to the next step of your booking. Click on it, fill out the reservation form and send it to us. Please be advised that the reservation form is not valid unless its receipt is confirmed by our office. It is very important that you fill out the online form ASAP so that we don't let the other members wait. When every party has sent the booking form, we will confirm your group and you should receive an email with more information. If the group is being confirmed with the minimum number of passengers, it will show online as confirmed-open for other persons to join. When the group reaches the maximum number of passengers preferred, we will reconfirm it and you will receive a confirmation form with the final cost of the tour and the name of the other passengers. If the group does not reach the maximum number of passengers, 15 days before the tour, it will close automatically and be confirmed unless you ask us to cancel it. How do I join a group?
First you will have to register. Then from the Home page, choose the port and the date from the calendar on the left.
Click "SEE EXCURSION GROUPS".
Once you are at the Excursions page, click on "VIEW GROUP DETAILS" and a detailed information about the selected group will be displayed.
Click on "JOIN THIS GROUP" to join.
I am not getting your emails, how can I add your email to my whitelist?
To successfully receive our activation email as well as other important notifications such as group status notifications, booking confirmations and our messages in relation to your booking, you will need to "whitelist" our mail server address. To do that, please follow the instructions listed below for your respective email provider.
If you fail to receive our activation email in due time, please use the email address that you used to register and send us an email with the subject 'Activation' to info@shareashoreexcursioninitaly.com to get your account activated immediately.

For Google Gmail users:
1. Click Contacts along the left side of any page.
2. Click the New Contact button in the top-left corner of the Contact Manager.
3. Type "info@shareashoreexcursioninitaly.com" in the "Email" field.
4. Click "Save" to add your contact.

For Yahoo! mail users:
1. Click on "Contacts".
2. Click on "Add Contact".
3. Type "info@shareashoreexcursioninitaly.com" in the "Email" field.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Save".

For AOL mail users:
1. Click on the drop down arrow to the right of 'Mail Options', then click on 'Address Book'.
2. Click on "Add Conact".
3. Type "info@shareashoreexcursioninitaly.com" in the "Screen Name" block.
4. Click the "Save" button.

For Microsoft Outlook users:
1. Go to "Tools" and click on "Address Book".
2. Go to "File" and click on "New Entry".
3. Select "New Contact" and click on "Ok".
4. Type "info@shareashoreexcursioninitaly.com" in the "Email" field.
5. Click "Save and close".

For Spam Arrest users:
1. Click "Senders", then select "Add Email Address".
2. Type in "info@shareashoreexcursioninitaly.com" to authorize the change.

For Earthlink Web Mail users:
1. Click on "Address Book".
2. Click on the "Add" button.
3. Type "info@shareashoreexcursioninitaly.com" in the "E-mail" field.
4. Click the "Save" button.
For users of other Email Providers:
1. Check to see if you can receive our emails in your Inbox. If yes, there is nothing you need to do.
2. If no, please refer to the 'Help Files' in your email account to see how you can "whitelist" our mail server address.
3. You would need to "whitelist" our email address "info@shareashoreexcursioninitaly.com".
I want to sign up in my name but I will not be traveling. I will be handling all the preparations and arrangements, however it is for my friends. Will this be a problem or does it have to be in their name?
No this is not a problem, but when you create a group please use the information of the person/s travelling because this will reflect in the future confirmation. However please note that all the correspondence and confirmation/s will be emailed to you.
Do we get charged if the boat doesn't dock?
We take the credit card details purely for guarantee purposes, the credit card provided will not be charged at anytime. If the ship does not arrive into the port, this would not have been the client's fault. However, the tour will be automatically re-scheduled once the boat is in the port, if you are still on board of course. A fee would be charged if the tour was cancelled for any other reason within the cancellation period.
