Our party of six were aboard the Splendour of the Seas in November. We had an amazing day in Rome with Daniele! Without doubt, it was the best day of our entire trip. He knew every site, as well as ways to avoid lines, get great food and special grate souvenirs. Throughout the trip, he provided informative and humor-filled commentary. Incredibly friendly and accomodating - from the booking process straight through to dropping us off at the pier. They even got us tickets for the Papal Audience. A perfect day. Anyone would be making a large mistake to use any other tour service - you guys are simply the best!!
Thank you so much for your services in Rome. Roberto was our driver and he was excellent on our Rome tour. On our first visit to Europe, he graciously answered all of our questions about Rome and even questions about the Italian way of life. When we asked his opinion, he suggested an excellent and reasonable little restaurant near St. Peter's Basilica for lunch. Polite, courteous, and genuinely friendly. It would have been impossible to have seen as much of Rome on a cruise ship excursion as we did with Roberto driving us. Roberto drove us to as much as possible for a whirlwind one-day tour of Rome. Thank you again - we will gladly recommend you to all that we know who are planning a trip or cruise to Italy. It might seem a bit pricey to some given the exchange rate of Euros/Dollars but it is money well spent if you want to see as much as possible.
We had a fantastic time in Rome thanks to Daniele and his two most professional & friendly drivers. A normal transfer from any airport is normally a boring occasion but Daniele's two diferent drivers made it fun and exciting. We got an informative tour heading into the city centre so by the time we arrived at our hotel I felt I knew alot already about Rome and the sites thanks to Daniele's friendly driver. Also I was taken to San Silvestro Chapel on the 14th April, morning of my wedding. Again the driver was professional, friendly & efficient and ensured that I arrived at the chapel on time. He then took us to beautiful gardens, Villa Borghese where he waited on us till our photos were taken and then tranferred us back to our hotel on the Spanish Steps. Our final and sad trip back to the airport on the 15th April again the driver was helpful & friendly. I certainly would recommend Daniele & his drivers and I certainly will be using his services again when I return to Rome. Ciao!!!
